Basic Skills Quality Mark Assessor said in July 2018: "I love coming here, the vibe is amazing, Numeracy and Literacy is clearly embedded across the provision and the evidence is everywhere".
We are seeking to appoint a talented, creative and innovative practitioner to our staff team who can be instrumental in furthering the magic we create within the mathematics department and in leading our whole academy Numeracy Drive.
The successful candidate should have a clear understanding about effective teaching and learning, curriculum development, raising and sustaining achievement, and the care and support of students with a range of SEND. They should have a vision and a drive to deliver meaningful and personalised curricula which provide stretch and challenge enabling all students to achieve.
They should be a good communicator, able to engage effectively with students, parents/carers and able to lead a team of staff. Ideally, they should have experience of supporting students with SEND.
